I’ve owned this vehicle for the last 6 & 1/2 years and I\\\’m reluctantly selling as I need the garage space for a new vehicle.

The car is in Aluminium Silver and basically standard with the exception of Sports Cats, Rear Box and K&N Air Filters. 53,450 miles. Taxed until February 2014 and MOT mid September 2013. Immaculate condition both inside and out, regularly maintained and serviced by owner. Currently private registration plate but not part of this sale.

The late Bob Chapman’s Esprit S3 Turbo is offered for sale by his widow Helen.

This car is immaculately presented in Pearlescent White with Blue Leather interior. It has been pampered and no expense has been spared on its upkeep.

The car is currentl on SORN but has an MOT until AUgust 11th 2013. Subject to a complete rebuild using genuine Lotus parts approximately 25000 miles ago the car also benefits from a recently serviced immobiliser/alarm system and a fully automatic fire extinguisher system recently updated at a cost in excess of £500.

Steering, brakes, electrics, you name it have been replaced or refurbished.

The car is very original even to the O.E. Blaupunkt radio which works as it should. All of this is supported by the extensive history.

This Esprit was one of 5 produced in this metallic green and originally owned by Lotus Cars. I purchased it in 1985 but it has been stored inside for the last 19 years, so some restoration is required. The bodywork and interior are in very good condition. It has done a genuine 23008 miles with a full service history. Unfortunately, due to my emigration, I need to find it a good home in the next 2 weeks! It’s well worth seeing.

A very reluctant sale of my beloved Esprit. 1987 in British Racing Green Metallic with Gold centered BBS alloys. Excellent tyres. MOT June 2013 Tax Oct 2013, full stainless exhaust system inc 4-1 manifold, sounds really nice!!! Braided front and back brake lines, braided fuel line (from flowlock valve to carbs). New recon front calipers and front discs. Full cockpit retrim done Feb 2011 at Lotus HQ Hethel – seats embroided with the lotus emblem. Braided clutch hose. New ARB bushes, track rod ends and steering rack fitted April 2012. Well maintained, £££££ spent. Must sell. Open to sensible offers

1978 Lotus Esprit s2. White with Black Leather, 47,000 miles we are a finance company in BC acquired this car as a repo. So we don\’t have a complete history. It was originally sold in the U.S. and imported into Canada in 1998. There are no accident declarations on the vehicle. We had a new clutch, timing belt,water pump,valve cover gaskets and all oil seals replaced at Strictly British Motors. Body and paint are in good condition and there was no sign of rust on the frame when we had the repairs done. Car has the original speedline wheels with pirelli p6 tires. Front brakes 50% rears 30%. Took the car for a drive, drove quite well, shifted through all the gears smoothly. Braked nice and straight. Any questions give us a call @ 604-581-2274
